My watch arrived with a broken watch band. I cannot get help returning from people there, only endless ads & offers & a few warnings about returning ontime. HELP!

The watches are very attractive and seem to be of good quality ! Love the bracelet, was very easy to adjust the size for both watches. After one week they keep time perfectly !
